主讲人简介：

Dr. Schideman is currently an assistant professor and PE at Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He received his BS, MS and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 1992, 1994 and 2006.

Dr. Schideman’s research focuses on engineered waste to energy processes that synergistically utilize algal bioreactors, anaerobic digestion, thermochemical conversion, membranes and adsorbents to achieve environmental benefits and other valuable co-products. More broadly, he has worked in the areas of water resource management, purification, and reuse with experience in industry, government, and academia. His work seeks to develop integrated, intelligent infrastructure systems that will help society achieve a sustainable and prosperous future.
