招收土木工程专业毕业生
时间要求：每周出勤4天以上

工作内容：

1). Pay daily visit to kitchen cabinet retail shops in mass merchandiser to understand DuPont solid surface sales status by observation and talking with designer, sales person in retail shop and even consumers, collect VOC and report back to retail marketing leader by weekly.

2). Build close relationship with DuPont authorized retail customers in mass merchandiser by frequent visit, sensing their needs, capture critical competitive dynamics and report back to retail marketing leader by weekly.

3). Coordinate internal resources such as marketing and technical team to provide product and sales training to both designers and sales person in DuPont authorized retail shops in mass merchandiser.

4). Do execution on sales promotion activities in mass merchandiser led by marketing Dept. trace & track execution progress such as pricing policy, sample display or etc, collect retail sales data during promotion period, do investigation and analysis on successful and unsuccessful points and report back to retail marketing leader by weekly.

3). Good at team collaboration and mobilizing resources to get result.

4）.Bachelor degree with major on architecture & design is preferred.
