Location:  Xining (Qinghai)

Reporting to: Business Manager in Israel

Role Purpose:

1    Daily management responsibility for irrigation site execution. The role is to support the project manager based in Israel and take responsibility for the project site management of various irrigation projects. It also involves closely follow up on the progress, solve possible problems and not least to represent NaanDanJain at the project site.

2    The ideal candidate shall be ok for very frequent travel between the site locations in Qinghai province (or any other province in the future) and can stay at site, be flexible, patient, detail-oriented, well organized, and willing to tackle concurrent multi-tasks and projects as requested.

Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities：Main Responsibilities/Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to the following)

Project Management focus on Site Managment：

1    Execute daily (if required), weekly and monthly comprehensive reports.

2    Plan and set up vehicles, accommodation and other support for site staff if any. .

3    Report on the site schedule, progress of works.

4    Manage possible changes from contract specification.

5    Conduct daily and weekly meetings with Elof Hansson company staff and subcontractors.

6    Maintaining an intensive customer relationship and a high level of customer satisfaction.

7    Representation of NDJ to the customer and local authorities.

8    Maintaining and enhancing the professional image and reputation of NDJ at all times.

Business Outcomes：

1.  Real time site irrigation works follow up

2.  Speed of response.

3.  Prolific outcomes / actions.

4.  0 customer complaints.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Agronomist- preferred Degree as irrigation Engineering. Technical background in hydraulics, low volume irrigation, filtration, valves - significant advantage. Experience with global companies - advantage

1.  English fluent speaking, writing and reading

2.  2+ years of experience in project site management, after sales services or commercial operation is a plus. Graduate Agronomist without experience is an option.

3.  Being energetic, trouble shooter

4.  Strong written communication skills, along with highly effective oral communications and engaging presentation skills, both in Chinese and English.

At a second phase:

*Responsible on finding new customers in the Qinghai province.

    *Handling costumer complaints.

*Assisting the company's managers in their visits and commercial activity in Qinghai.

Salary and Remuneration is negotiable and depends on candidate's experience.
