报告人简介：

  Dr. Guoqiang Zhang is a professor at the Department of Engineering, Faculty of Sciences and Technology, Aarhus University, Denmark. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Jilin University of Technology, Changchun, China, in 1982, and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from the Royal Veterinary- and Agricultural University, Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1989. His research interests and expertise are indoor environmental and climatic control for livestock buildings, process modelling and experimental airflow dynamics in room, mass transfer in emission boundary layer. In his research career, he has also involved in many research activities on automation, remote sensing and information technology in agricultural & bio-systems process. He has over 200 scientific publications, including over 90 peer-reviewed research articles in International Scientific Journals and 100 book chapters & papers in Proceedings of International Conference and Seminars (with and without review procedures). Over 75% of the publications are in the field of indoor environments, ventilation and air distribution in buildings, including measurements, modelling and control.

He has been principal investigator, project manager and project working package responsible for over 30 research projects in Bio-environmental engineering, including climatic system modelling and control; air quality and air distribution control in room, instrumentation and sensing, modelling gases emission and dispersion from livestock buildings. These also include eight large projects that involved several research institutes and universities and seven projects with international cooperation activities.
