  A profile of Shanghai Electric-KSB Nuclear Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd.

2008年6月，上海电气与德国凯士比合资组建了上海电气凯士比核电泵阀有限公司，专业设计、生产核电厂用的各类泵、阀。公司所有的核一级、二级、三级泵产品的技术由德国KSB转让并与德国KSB的技术同步更新。公司同时拥有自己的设计技术团队，赴德国进行专门的培训，在引进、消化的基础上，拥有自主研发和自主创新的能力。

In June 2008, Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. and KSB AG jointly venture established SEC-KSB Nuclear Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd, for specializing in designing and manufacturing nuclear pumps and valves. The technologies for all nuclear Class I, II and III pumps of the Company are provided and kept up to date by KSB AG. Besides, it has its own highly-trained design and technical team, it is also capable of introducing innovation based independent R&D.

2011年3月，正式开始投产的上海电气凯士比核电泵阀有限公司将在引进德国KSB技术的基础上，加快国产化和进一步自主研发的进程，目标是成为一家可以同时提供用于二代加核主泵和三代AP1000/CAP1400核主泵以及所有辅助系统相关泵的专业厂家。

In March 2011, SEC-KSB Nuclear Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd. started production formally. Based on introducing technologies from KSB AG, the Company will promote its process of localization and further independent R&D, aiming to become a specialized manufacturer providing Generation II+ and Generation III AP1000/CAP1400 nuclear reactor coolant pumps and pumps for all safety and non safety related auxiliary systems.

公司的生产基地在上海临港，占地面积50,000平方米，按“世界级工厂”的要求和目标进行建设，一期建设项目已完成并于2010年8月开始投入使用，二期建设项目已于2013年底完成，同时拥有国际领先水平的核主泵全流量试验台，该试验台可以测试二代（二代改进型）轴封主泵和三代AP1000/CAP1400的主泵。

Currently, the Company has built Lingang Facility Base covering an area of 50,000 m2 and is built according to the requirements and objective of a “world-class factory”. The Phase I Project of Lingang Facility is already completed and put into use in August 2010.The Phase II Project was completed at the end of 2013. The brand new Facility possess an international leading full-flow test field which can test Generation II (Evolutional Generation II) shaft seal reactor coolant pumps and Generation III AP1000/CAP1400 reactor coolant pumps.

Master degree or above, major in hydraulic mechanics.

硕士或以上，流体机械类专业。

Fluent in Chinese and English spoken, advanced level on CAD and office software.

中英文流利，熟练操作CAD和OFFICE软件。
